Do you supply to the general public? Yes, we supply to the trade and general public.
- What is your delivery time? For stock items, it is usually 2-3 days.

Can you offer supply and fit ? Procter do install fences, but do not generally get involved in domestic sites.

Is your palisade compliant to the network rail spec? Our standard stocked palisade is generally not to the Network Rail specification, but can be ordered and available within 2-3 weeks.

What else do you sell apart from concrete posts? Procter supplies a full range of industrial fencing materials, but we do not stock any timber products.

Do you have other branches? Procter has 3 depots, one in Leeds, one in Bedwas, South Wales and one in Brentwood, Essex. Gibson Fencing also stocks our concrete products for distribution in Scotland.

Who do you normally supply to ? Our main customers are fencing merchants, builder's merchants, fencing contractors and general public.

What is the difference between your palisade and cheaper products on line ? Our palisade is manufactured in Britain and conforms to BS1722-12.

Can you manufacture bespoke railings ? We have a well equipped fabrication division that is able to produce most bespoke fencing products.

What is your current lead time ? This varies throughout the year, but Procter aims for a 7-day maxium lead time on stock products.

Do you supply to local authorities / schools? Yes, local authorities, scools and colleges are a big part of our business.

What product is the best choice for my needs ? We have experienced, knowledgeable staff in all our depots that will be able to advise and recommend products for your project.

Do you have any technical drawings ? Yes, we have technical drawings for most of our fencing products.

Can I collect my order from you? Yes, you can collect from any one of our depots around the country.

Where abouts are you based ? We have depots in Leeds, Bedwas South Wales and Brentwood in Essex, also a stockist of concrete products in Grangemouth Scotland.

What size are your concrete posts ? We manufacture many different styles and sizes, see our concrete posts product range.

What is the difference between wet cast and semi dry ? The difference in the manufacturing process is the water content, but aesthetically semi-dry is a rougher textured post, whilst the wet-cast posts are smoother.

Do you have any items on display ? We do not have any products in a showroom, but all our stock products are easily accessible in our depots for you to look at.

What are your opening hours ? Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:30am, Saturday and Sunday closed. You can always check our Google page to see if we are open on the day.

Can my railings be made to a certain RAL colour ? All our steel products can be coated to any standard RAL colours.

What areas do you deliver to ? We deliver nationwide.

What strength are your padstones ? Our padstones strength exceeds 35kn after 28 days.

What is the load bearing on lintels ? The load bearing varies from each lintel and each application.

Can you make special size padstones ? Yes, we can manufacture most bespoke padstones.

Do you gates come with posts ? All our industrial gates are purchased with the posts included; For our field gates, the posts are sold separate.

Does the price include VAT ? All our prices are subject to the addition of VAT.

Are your concrete posts reinforced ? Yes, all our concrete posts are reinforced with steel bars.

Does your concrete post come complete with fittings ? Our concrete posts are sold without fittings, but when you purchase a fencing system like palisade, that comes complete with fittings. We can also supply a full range of fence fittings separately.
